  • I am a home owner. How do I see some of the Home Owner Documents?
    • Go to the Menu Home Tab, hover over it and then click the Resident Sign Up sub menu. It will bring up a page for you to fill in your information. All the information is required. Your will also need to put in the code you see at the bottom. This to prevent machines from registering. After all the information is entered. Click the Register Button. You will need to be approved before you can sign in and access home owner information.
  • How do I change my profile information or change my password the web site?
    • Go to the Menu Home Tab, hover over it and then click Resident Profile sub menu. You can update your profile and also change your password.
  • Use of Forum:    

 The purpose of The Juniper Ridge forum is to provide homeowners with an internet meeting place. Its goal is to enhance the quality of life for Juniper Ridge Resort homeowners by offering publication of information on resort activities; and a place where homeowners can share non-offensive and useful information. To initiate a new message item go the menu tab Forum. Click it. Follow the instructions that page offers. If not registered on the web site then you  need to register on the forum. Can can register with any of the common social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, etc. You do not need to be a web site registered user to use the message board. If you would like to add your picture or Avatar then click Edit Profile. You may also add your signature if you would like.
